We are currently in the process of finalising our group work programmes and timetable, but in the mean time we currently co-facilitate groups out in the community with our partner agencies.
Group Work provides an opportunity for participants to collectively work towards gaining the tools and techniques to maintain personal wellbeing in their day to day life. Our groups are structured and attendance at every session within the programme is essential to get the most out of it. We aim to document each session detailing the content, outcomes and points for action.
